If you're looking for work or have goals you'd like to achieve in 2025 then you'll need a clear head and bags of energy to get ahead and achieve success. In this workshop we've teamed up with Personal Trainer, Carl Rein, to explore the benefits of exercise and find out how people can start their fitness journey at any age, size or ability.
We know that starting a new routine can be daunting so as well as talking about the benefits of improving your fitness levels, Carl will also explore the barriers to success, such as cost, how to overcome them and will expel any unhelpful myths.
