Success Workshop Spotlight: Back Yourself - Decision-Making with Confidence

We were delighted to welcome Dr Tania Graham from Cerno to present our latest Success Workshop, Back Yourself: Decision-Making with Confidence.

Held at the Deloitte offices, the workshop was well attended and brought together participants from a range of backgrounds who were keen to strengthen their confidence, overcome self-doubt, and develop practical strategies for making decisions with greater certainty.

During the session, Dr Graham explored why confidence can fluctuate and how self-doubt often influences both personal and professional decision-making. Participants were introduced to practical techniques for challenging unhelpful thinking patterns, building self-belief, and developing resilience when navigating change, uncertainty, and new opportunities.

The workshop was highly interactive, with attendees particularly appreciating the hands-on activities and opportunities for self-reflection.
