Yes for Success works to bridge the gap for vulnerable people, especially women, by addressing unconscious bias and creating fairness and equality for jobseekers; instilling confidence, building resilience, and restoring dignity to not only ‘get the job’ but to ‘thrive in the job’.
Shelley's Legacy

Shelley Staples was a lovely friend of ours, who sadly passed away earlier this year, following her diagnosis of cancer in 2024.
Shelley had a heart of gold and was a very kind and caring person , who adored her family and was so proud of all of their achievements.
Shelley had a passion for fashion and loved working in this area ,helping clients find the perfect outfit, suggesting options that always worked and made people feel great.
Shelley also liked to mentor and support those she employed and help them start or re- enter the workforce. Shelley knew how valuable the support she had received to so so and to re-enter the workforce and to be able to work in an area that she was passionate about.
Because of this, in thinking about what we as a group of friends could do to honour and remember our friend - we decided with the support of her family, to establish a legacy fund in Shelley’s name.
This would fund would be used to support those accessing Yes for Success and Dress for Success services. These services seemed a good fit to things that were seen as valuable to Shelley and enabled people to make positive changes in their lives.
