Yes for Success is a charitable organisation that empowers individuals through clothing, career coaching, and development programmes. We’re passionate about supporting people into employment—and we’re looking for someone equally passionate to join our friendly, purpose-driven team.
As our Work Experience Connector, you’ll play a key role in linking our clients with short-term work experience placements across industries like business support, marketing, retail, hospitality, manufacturing – in fact any type of work. These short term placements may be for hours or a day or week. You’ll be supported by our Course Coordinator and work closely with our programme team to ensure each placement is a positive and empowering experience.
What you’ll be doing:
Building relationships with local businesses and organisations
Collaborating with our team to align placements with client goals
Coordinating placement logistics and supporting clients throughout.
What we’re looking for:
A confident communicator and relationship-builder
Someone who enjoys networking and outreach
Organised, empathetic, and able to work independently
Experience in employment services, recruitment, or community engagement is a bonus!
This is a flexible, part-time role (8 hours/week) based across Wellington and Lower Hutt. It’s perfect for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and values-driven environment.
